		<description>I work from home and found this article to be very apt. It's not easy finding that balance. I do many of things that are listed here. It can be hard to tell clients that they have to wait; but if you are very clear about what a client should expect, even if it's not exactly what they want, I find that will build a good working relationship.</description>
