		<description>I&#039;ve just cancelled with E-diets Delisciously Yours.  They have the worst customer service.  The website is useless.  Everything I needed done , required a phone call.  I never had less than a 20 min wait.  And more often then not, I was told that I was speaking to the wrong department.  I was told they would call me back and they never did.  Is it wrong to think that member services will help you with a problem?  Twice my meals were a day late.  I was told to complain to FedEx.  The second time after being on the phone for over 45 mins, I was told my weekly order had never been processed.  The website is down more than up. The recent website upgrade put four more steps in to change a meal.  i think you need to rethink your recommendation.  Thank You.</description>
