I think to fight excess belly skin and flab from massive weight loss, you would have to tone the stomach muscle. If the skin is overlapping to much, surgery may be the only option.

Oh well, guess we just have to shrug off these rude people and deal with it. I try to not let it get to me.

Nora, I would recommend seeing your doctor. Make sure there is no underlying health condition causing this problem. If he says the issue is due to poor muscle tone or excess fat, please come back and consider purchasing one of the ebooks shown above.

I'm 16 years old. I have excess belly fat even though I'm a size 5 due to my belly looking as if I'm pregnant. I'm not pregnant. Last year in this same month I was wearing a size 2 in clothing. I remain thin except for my belly. My eating habits remain the same which include non fat everything, low carbs or calories, and I drink plenty of clear fluids. I joined the body sculpting team in school and doesn't seem to benefit this stomach growing condition. There are days were my belly is less obvious than others and I feel as if I were to be more pregnant than an actual pregnant person. Please help. Thank you.
