This program works wonders for me! It's quick and easy to do. (Well, the beginner tape any way.) I personally haven't found the incredible slimming results that they display, but it does give me the core strength I need for any other program I do. Using makes me stand taller and straighter, gives me more flexibility, and reduces my lower back pain.
