You certainly can't obtain balance in your life unless you take time for yourself. Who you are, all by yourself, as a person, is a very critical part to creating your perfect rainbow.
Schedule some time for yourself on a regular basis doing what makes you happy and will rejuvinate you. Spend some time with friends. Kick back in your favorite jeans and t-shirt. Grab a book. Rekindle the joy of an old hobby or start a new one. Try Qigong. Pamper yourself. You deserve it!
